1. Who can I call about issues/problems with sewage?

All sewer stoppages should be reported to the Public Works Department PRIOR to calling a plumber/repair company. The Public Works Department will determine whether it is a public or private problem. If the problem is a private sewer problem, Public Works will notify the property owner to that the problem/issue can be addressed. The City of Willis does not refund plumbing costs due to stop ups.
