5,001 gallons - 11,000 gallons	$7.10 per thousand gallons plus minimum $26.25
11,001 gallons - 25,000 gallons	$7.60 per thousand gallons plus minimum $26.25
25,001 gallons and greater	$8.10 per thousand gallons plus minimum $26.25

Outside City Limits
