Easily apply for permits, licenses, and contractor registrations through GovWell, the City of Willis' online services platform.HOW TO GET STARTED:

1. Access GovWell

   • Visit www.govwell.com and click "Sign Up," or scan the QR code above.

2. Create Your Account (Sign In)

   • Returning users: Log in with your preferred email software or enter your email address.

   • New users: Click "Sign Up" if you don’t have an account.

3. Contractor Registration

   • Contractors must complete the registration process to access the required forms.

   • Existing contractors who have not yet registered must complete this step.

4. Verify & Log In

   • Check your email for a confirmation link, then log in to access applications and forms.
