The Animal Control Division of Community Development is responsible for enforcing animal ordinances, including:

  • Animal impoundment
  • Rabies vaccination verification
  • Animal abuse and neglect
  • Quantity limits

Mission

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in Willis by promoting safe, sanitary pet ownership practices.
