About the Mayor

Family & Employment

Leonard Reed was elected as Mayor of the City of Willis in May of 2003. He has been a resident of Willis for over fifty years. He and his wife Mary are active in the community and are members of Thergood Memorial Church of God in Christ. Leonard attended Colorado Community College, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and was a member of the United States Army as a Military Policeman. He is employed by Entergy of Texas as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist.
